James Couch Promoted to SE Regional Sales Manager

Please join me in congratulating James Couch on his promotion to Southeastern Regional Sales Manager at Revolution Mills, effective September 1, 2026.

Over the past two years, James has been an invaluable member of our sales team, consistently demonstrating the drive, product knowledge, and customer-first mindset that define Revolution Mills. His dedication to building strong relationships with our retail partners and his track record of results have made a real impact on our growth.

In his new role as Regional Sales Manager, James will take on expanded responsibilities, leading regional account strategy and supporting our retail partners with the same commitment and expertise that have earned him this well-deserved promotion.

Revolution Mills is a family-owned flooring company offering high-performance, solution-dyed polyester carpet, carpet tile, and a variety of hard surface flooring products including SPC, WPC and HydroCore. The company is headquartered in Huntersville, North Carolina, with distribution operations out of Calhoun, Georgia, and sells nationwide through independent retailers and distributors.
